Order Processing

All non pre-order items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.


For pre-order and limited drop items, orders are produced and fulfilled within the stated timeframe listed on the product page. These items include an estimated ship date at the time of purchase. While orders may ship sooner than expected, timelines may vary depending on production.

 


 

Shipping Times

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and your location. Standard delivery typically ranges between 3–7 business days after shipment for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in at any time to view your order status and tracking details.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

All limited drops are offered during a pre-order window. These items are made to order and will ship within the estimated timeframe provided on the product page. Orders may arrive sooner than projected, and customers will be notified via email with tracking details once shipped.

 


 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

 


 

International Shipping
