This policy outlines how cancellations apply to purchases made through our store.

 


 

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

 

When you purchase a pre-order or limited drop item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock and will be produced within the timeframe listed on the product page.


Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order. Because these items are made to order, pre-orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once production has started or the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.


If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

For all non pre-order items, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bluegabemerch@gmail.com.


While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
